By accessing or using the EOTM.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

EOTM.ai provides a platform for fitness coaches and professionals to manage client workout programs through automated Google Sheets integration. The Service includes tools for:

• Connecting and managing Google Drive folders containing client spreadsheets
• Automating weekly workout plan updates using AI-powered workflows
• Tracking client progress and managing workout history
• Sending automated notifications to clients via email

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your Google account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

The Service requires access to your Google account (Drive, Sheets, and Gmail) to function. By connecting your Google account, you:

• Authorize EOTM to access and read spreadsheets in your designated fitness folder
• Authorize EOTM to send emails on your behalf to your fitness clients
• Acknowledge that you can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or the EOTM dashboard
• Confirm that you have the right to share the data contained in your connected Google account

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Obtain appropriate consent from your fitness clients before managing their data through the platform
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

You retain all ownership rights to your data, including client information and workout plans. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or manage through the Service. You grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOTM.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We are not responsible for any changes made to your Google Sheets or Drive files as a result of automated workflows that you initiate through the platform. It is your responsibility to review and verify all automated changes.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your stored data will be deleted within 30 days
• Google account connections will be disconnected
• Any pending automated workflows will be cancelled

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
