EOTM.ai ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EOTM platform, including the Fitness Coach management tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

• Google Account Data: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail to manage fitness client spreadsheets and send automated emails on your behalf. We only access data necessary to provide the service.
• Client Data: Fitness client names, workout plans, and spreadsheet data that you manage through our platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including workflow execution history and feature usage.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process and manage fitness client workout updates via Google Sheets
• Send automated emails through your connected Gmail account on your behalf
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we request access to:

• Google Drive: To locate and manage fitness client spreadsheet files in your Drive.
• Google Sheets: To read workout plans and progress data in client spreadsheets.
• Gmail: To send workout update notifications to your clients on your behalf.
• User Info (Email): To identify your account and display your email in the dashboard.

We do not share Google user data with third parties. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and only used to perform actions you explicitly initiate.

Your data is stored on secure servers. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict data processing agreements)

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• Revoke Google account access at any time from your Google Account settings
• Disconnect your Google account from EOTM through the dashboard settings

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
